Mangalore, September,27: Indiana Hospital and Heart Institute, Mangalore on occasion of World Heart Day is organizing Indiana Heart Walk, Walkathon on 28thSpetember 2014. The walk would start at 7:45 am on Sunday covering a distance of 1.5 KMs. The route that the participants would cover would start from Indiana Hospital and Heart Institute, towards Pump well towards Fr. Muller’s Junction to Bendoorwell Junction and then back toIndiana Hospital and Heart Institute, through Puwpwell.
Dr.Yusuf Kumble, Managing Director,Indiana Hospital and Heart Institute, and Also the Chief Interventional Cardiologist said, Indiana Hospital and Heart Institute, is proud to organize such an Awareness campaign, with an expected crowd of more than 1000 already treated Heart Patients of Indiana, who are leading normal and healthy life after their heart surgeries and cardiac procedures.” He also added that such awareness campaigns would not only spread the message but also involves public in large scale.

An Expected gathering of more than 1000 participants would walk a mile with slogans of Heart awareness on Sunday Morning, said the Hospital Authorities. Indiana Hospital and Heart Institute, has also launched a Heart Check UP package especially on World Heart Day that is the 29th of September 2014 for a period of 30 Days.
