Mumbai: Television channels were abuzz with alleged reports of the underworld don Dawood Ibrahim being caught on tape, boasting about his property worth crores.
His conversation was busted by a western intelligence agency when he was talking to his business associates in Dubai.
His location has been traced to a posh location Clifton in Karachi, as per the reports. If proved to be true, this could be held as a crucial piece of evidence against India’s most wanted fugitive.
Dawood is being heard admitting on tape that he has 5 lakh sq ft property worth Rs 1,100 crore in Dubai. He also boasts about the benami property worth several hundred crores in Karachi.
