New Delhi: A woman has allegedly been gang-raped at an apartment in Noida in Uttar Pradesh, just across the border from Delhi. Four people, including two constables have been arrested.
The survivor filed a police case this morning.
One of the arrested men lived in the flat and was preparing to join the police service.
The case comes on a day when the first verdict in the December 16 gang-rape will be delivered. A juvenile court will decide if one of the six accused, who was 17 at the time of the fatal attack, is guilty of rape and murder.
The attack on a young student and her male friend on a moving bus in Delhi stunned India and ignited massive street protests, which resulted in an overhaul of archaic laws to punish sexual crimes.
