When scrolling through the Flipkart Facebook page, we noticed ANOTHER customer with the SAME problem – bricks instead of tech.
Just last week, Flipkart had shocked Telangana resident Chiluveri Srucharan, a winner of their Mega Sale with a carton of mangoes (he’d ordered an Asus Zenphone 5 worth Rs 8,099). Flipkart customer service team had pretty much ignored his request for a refund, or the phone.Instead, they’d reportedly threatened him to keep his mouth shut on social media, as reported by the Deccan Chronicle.
