Etawah, Uttar Pradesh: When Udal Singh of Adhiyapur village in Vaidpura area of Etawah bought a 4-year-old male goat, he never had in mind that he was buying a female goat for as much the price as well. But as it turned out, the goat that was originally bought to mate with female goats is producing milk as well as mating with female goats.
According to the report in the Times of India, he chanced upon this discovery a few days ago. He was able to churn out 250 gms of milk on the very first day of the discovery.
“It’s almost like a miracle. It gives milk and is also capable of reproduction. I had purchased it from a cattle market for breeding purpose, but this rare male goat produce milk regularly,” Singh told.
According to an expert, the milk could be resultant of a hormonal imbalance.
Hundreds of villagers from nearby villages are thronging to see the miracle goat.
