New Delhi, February 11: SpiceJet is trying to delight the customers by offering tickets cheaper than train fares. SpiceJet on Wednesday has announced all-inclusive fares starting from Rs 599 for domestic flights.

There are upto 4 lakh tickets in the offering for which the bookings are open till Friday. The scheme is valid for travel between July to October 24th, 2015. The airline said that the ticket prices were inclusive of all taxes.

This comes after the low cost carrier was surrounded by controversies last year leading to many cancelled flights.

The “cheaper than train fares” scheme is available for international flights (except Colombo, Kabul and Dubai-Ahmedabad-Dubai sectors), at all-inclusive fares starting at Rs 3,499.

Tickets on routes like Hyderabad to Vijayawada, Delhi to Dehradun, Guwahati to Kolkata, Ahmedabad to Mumbai, and Bangalore to Hyderabad all are priced at Rs. 599 only and only one lakh tickets are available for this price.
