New Delhi: Finally US President Barack Obama along with his wife Michelle Obama has arrived in India for three-day visit. Though, the two of them looked really impressive in their elegant designer attires but it was Michelle’s dress that grabbed everyone’s eyeball.
The first lady of Amercia chose a dress made by Indian designer named Bibhu Mohapatra.
The report was confirmed by the designer, who tweeted about the same and also put up a picture on his Instagram account.
Michelle arrived in India in monochrome dress with blue floral motifs, designed by the Indian origin designer. However, the first lady teamed up her dress with a Spring poppy print coat and black pumps.
It’s not for the first time that Michelle has donned a dress designed by Mohapatra. Some time back, she was seen wearing a dress from his collection at the Jay Leno Show as well.
The 42-year-old Indian-American designer has also designed clothes for Bollywood’s fashionista Sonam Kapoor and leading actress Kareena Kapoor Khan.
