North Delhi’s Kamla Nagar ATM guard has died in hospital after two unidentified men gunned him down and managed to loot Rs 1.5 crore on Saturday morning. The robbery took place at the Citibank ATM located in the middle of the market which is mostly crowded in weekends as it is next to Delhi’s North campus.

The incident took place around 11 am in the market. In the video two unidentified men can be seen approaching the ATM. They then shoot down the guard who is standing outside. As the cash van officials are busy loading the money inside the machine, they get inside and run away with the cash.

“Around 11 am, two men shot at the guard who was standing outside the ATM and then looted the cash from inside and fled away in the bike,” the police was quoted as saying.

The police is investigating the case.
