New Delhi: Three fake passport holders have come under the Delhi Police scanner in the death case of Congress MP Shashi Tharoor’s wife Sunanda Pushkar, sources said on Tuesday. The trio was staying at the Leela Hotel when Sunanda Pushkar was found dead under mysterious circumstances, the sources said.
The trio stayed at the hotel between January 13 and 18, sources said. Hotel staff told the police that the three people were foreigners.
The police are, however, not ruling out Sunanda’s death link to money dispute and Indian Premiere League.
A Delhi police team headed by an ACP will be visiting Dubai in the death case.
It is still not clear how Sunanda Pushkar died – whether it is death, suicide or murder.
