Indore: Youngsters have decided to oppose moral policing which is getting reflected in the movement-‘Kiss of Love’. It all started in Kerala and now has managed to create waves across India. This mass-kissing campaign is being termed as youngsters’ way to retaliate against the conservative society. In times when people are always connected through digital means, forces against moral policing have united and challenging the norms of the society.  Movements like operation ‘Majnu’ which has the backing of a large section of society have gone a long way in creating anguish among the youths. In their zeal to catch notorious characters that create problems for girls and women, police officers many times harass couples sitting in parks or other secluded areas. Police officers not only beat couples, even their parents are asked to come to the police station.

Couples sitting in park should not attract ire of the police. But this has continued unchecked.

Such an incident was reported in Indore which was trolled on the social media.

The incident brought to the fore the real face of our police–barbaric, inhuman, and autocratic. Police officers were seen behaving as if they were above law–they could beat anyone and still not be accountable for their misdeeds.

This was caught on camera. Lady police kept slapping girls and appeared enjoying all the attention that time.

This happened at Indore Regional Park when lady constables roughed up some couples and later made their parents to come to police station.
