The 5th Bunts Family Sports Day 2019 was organized by the Bunts Youth Wing on 1st Feb 2019 at Institute of Applied Technology, Al Qusais, Dubai which attracted more than 400 Bunts across all ages.
The full day event had the below teams
1. Yellow Avengers
2. Blue Pirates
3. Purple Panthers
4. Red Indians
5. Black Jaguars
Mr. Sarvotham Shetty presided over the opening ceremony and it was started with a prayer by Ms. Sannidhi Shetty and followed by welcome speech by Bunts Youth Wing Coordinator Mr. Kiran shetty.
Event organizers felicitated the Event Sponsor “ Payyar Construction LLC” Mr. Kunal Ravi Shetty and the Team Owners “Ace Cranes” Gunasheel Shetty, “Structcon” Ravi Shetty, “Engphil” Ashwith Shetty, “Heat shield” Premnath Shetty and “GBMT Panthers” Shekar Shetty.
Bunts Youth Wing also felicitated Ms. Suvali Pradeep Shetty ( Representing Karnataka and India in Swimming) in presence of Team Owners.
The inauguration ceremony ended with the release of respective team colored balloons by Team Owners and mixed team color balloons by Event Sponsor Mr. Kunal Ravi Shetty from Payyar Construction LLC.
Main Event Details
Track events for both men’s and ladies were
100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100m relay, shot put and long jump.
Field events for toddlers were
Frog Race, Sack Race, Lemon “n “Spoon and Three Legged Race.
Group Fun Games were
Spin and Run, Balloon Run, 5 Legged Race, Roll the Tyre, TUG of WAR.
