An Asian housemaid was found charred in the kitchen at her employer’s house in Saudi Arabia and police said she had likely committed a suicide.
The Saudi employer phoned the police after finding the maid dead in the kitchen at his house in the north eastern Saudi town of Hafr Al Batin, ‘Sabq’ daily said.
“Her body was examined by the coroner and we strongly believe that she had committed a suicide for some reason,” the paper quoted police spokesman Colonel Ziad Al Rugaiti as saying.
