Manama, Dec. 14 : Al Mebarrah Al Khalifiya Foundation celebrated HM the King’s Accession Anniversary and the Kingdom’s National Day at Bahrain National Museum, as part of the Foundation’s monthly convergence with students of “Rayat” academic grants programme.
The meeting was intended to enhance the sense of citizenship, national belonging, spread the feelings of patriotism and express the love of the nation.
Her Highness Shaikha Zain bint Khalid Al Khalifa the Foundation’s Board of Trustees Chairperson in her speech during the event reiterated the importance of mustering the efforts of all Bahrainis in serving the homeland which contributes in pushing forward the Kingdom’s development and progress to fulfill future aspirations and visualizations.
The Foundation’s Board of Trustees’ Chairperson has expressed gratitude to Bahrain Antiquities and Culture Authority (BACA), Darseen Cafe, Bahrain International Air Show, Kojo Restaurant, Al Areen Palace resort and spa, and Ameena Gallery, for their proactive contributions as well as the support and gifts they presented.
The event included various popular entertainment activities, contests, games, traditional costume, patriotic songs and poetry.
