Mumbai: After the release of their first looks respectively, the makers released the first official poster of Athiya Shetty and Sooraj Pancholi together in one frame for Salman Khan Production’s ‘Hero’. Here’s another poster of the duo for the film.
From the looks of the picture it can be ascertained that Sooraj in his heroic demeanour will rescue Athiya Shetty in the film. Directed by Nikhil Advani, the film is a remake of Ghai’s 1983 movie of the same name.
Earlier a source revealed that everything involved in the publicity would go through Salman Khan’s consent. Salman has also asked Sooraj to dub specially for the trailer. “There were portions in the trailer which are not part of the feature film. For example, the shot of Sooraj’s back on the screen was initially supposed to be without dialogue. But Salman insisted there should be a monologue,” the source said.
The film was initially to release on September 4th this year, however it has now been confirmed that Sooraj and Athiya will make their debut on September 11. Thus avoiding a clash at the box office with the comedy ‘Welcome Back’.
