Varun Dhawan has hit the right chord with his fierce and ferocious avatar in the recently released Badlapur poster. The film which is touted to be a revenge thriller has Varun in a never-seen-before role.
The actor who has mainly used his comical acts and his romantic avatar to stun the audiences will be seen in a diametrically opposite avatar in Badlapur. Not only that, Badlapur also captures the evolution of Varun’s character Raghu through various ages- from 18 to 40.
Shooting alongside dead bodies, corpses and in difficult places like morgues must have been difficult for the actor but he claimed that all of it had drained him.
Although he could not reveal anything much about the film or his character, Varun revealed that he will be seen playing a father on screen for the first time ever. At a time when actors hardly take up father’s roles, Varun has done the same willingly.
While the poster has brought in some adulation for the actor, we hope the teaser trailer which releases on Tuesday lives upto all the expectations!
