A Saudi bridegroom in his 60s had to seek help from the civil defence to go to his wedding because of heavy floods that hit the Gulf Kingdom this week. The civil defence did not hesitate in helping the man, providing him with a life vest and deploying a caterpillar to transport the man through a sea of rain water on roads in the southern mountainous town of Bisha.
