Chennai: Chennai Super Kings’ hard-hitting opening batsman Brendon McCullum sweated it out alongside Ashish Nehra, Mohit Sharma, Ishwar Pandey, Mithun Manhas and Pawan Negi during a practice session at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium on Thursday.
According to an official from the CSK management, the quartet of M.S. Dhoni, Ravindra Jadeja, Suresh Raina and Chennai lad R. Ashwin will join the team in Hyderabad, where CSK will play their first match.
“West Indian all-rounder Dwayne Bravo will be there on September 14, while leg-spinner Samuel Badree and opener Dwayne Smith, will arrive on September 13,” the official added.
