A meeting of Board of Trustee was held at the Office of Shri. Harish Sherigar at Dubai. Shri Annaya Sherigar, Managing Trustee, chaired the meeting . M/s Narasimha Devadiga, Secretary Trustee, Janardhan Devadiga, Treasurer Trustee, Dharmapal U Devadiga Trustee – Hon. President. Temple Construction Committee, Hiriadka Mohandas Trustee Advisor, Suresh G Padukone Trustee Advisor, Harish Sherigar, Narayan M Devadiga, Janardhan S Devadiga Trustees, Ravi S Devadiga Vice Chairman Mumbai Committee and Dinesh Sherigar, Special Invitee were present at the meeting.
Shri Narasimha Devadiga welcomed the trustees and briefed the Board of Trustees about the development taken place, since inception of the trust and that of various rituals and poojas performed. He requested the Managing Trustee to conduct the meeting.
Shri Annaya Sherigar Managing Trustee while expressing his views thanked all the Trustees for their steadfast support . He requested to contribute their suggestions in implementing the project of constructing the Temple within the stipulated time of 2 years. He also invited all the Trustees to be present on the day of Foundation stone laying ceremony on 21st Jan 2016 and appealed to them to extend their cooperation in mobilising the required funds before time.
Shri Dharmapal Devadiga briefed the board of formation of temple construction committee and suggested to form a sub committee in Dubai involving prominent personalities of Devadigas in Dubai.
Shri. Hiriadka Mohandas briefed the Board about the action plan in forming various sub committees at various centres od Devadiga Sanghas and the cost estimates of the project. The process of inviting tender for the first stage of construction of Garba Gudi and Thirtha Mantap ans sought suggestions from the Trustees. Accordingly all the Trustees have participated in the discussion and . Shri Harish Sherigar, Shri.Narayan M.Devadiga and Shri. Suresh G.Padukone assured their support and to share their experience in the matter.
Shri Janardhan Devadiga and Shri. Janardhan S.Devadiga .Trustees have also expressed their views and assured their support . The Board of Trustees have unanimously approved the actions of the office bearers in release of Appeal and receipt Books.
The office bearers and the Temple construction Committee have been authorised to proceed further in inviting Tenders and assigning the contract after suitable negotiation.
The meeting ended with Vote of Thanks with special reference to Harish Sherigar and Narayan M.Devadiga for their support and the guidance in arranging the meeting.

It’s yet another memorable meeting of Trustees of Shree Ekanatheshwari Temple Trust , Barkur, at Dubai .Nine out of 11 Trustees attended the meeting to discuss and decide on the plan of action to mobilise funds and to construct a Temple for Devadiga Community as early as possible. Mr. Harish Sherigar and Mr. Narayan M, Devadiga shared their rich experience in such noble Projects. Special thanks to Mr. Harish Sherigar for inviting the Trustees and for conducting the meeting in his Office Chamber.
