Mangaluru,Oct .17th : Canara Engineering College Benjanapadavu, has bagged 152 record placement offers from the first five companies visited in this placement season for 2015-16 batch. This has contributed around 50% of record placement count of last year.
This year placement season at CEC began with Infosys providing 59 offers, which is the highest in the region. Capgemini took 28, Mindtree with 26, Tech Mahindra with 24 offers along with other companies.
Many more reputed companies have confirmed their visit for the placement in this season and the offers count is expected to reach to a greater heights, said Dr. Ganesh Bhat, Principal, CEC. He has congratulated the achievement of students under the leadership of Placement Officer Mrs. Deepa Kamath.
