Actress Anjali is news after a section of media claimed that she was creating a ruckus after getting drunk in an up market pub in Hyderabad on Friday night. Some reports also claimed that she had used abusive language on the dance floor and soon the situation spiraled out of control. And within few minutes after the news broke, the entire media and a few cops flocked to the venue to see what was happening; however, everyone realised that it was all blown out of proportion.
Revealing more about the incident, Anjali clarified saying, “I walked into the pub around 9:00 pm to greet my friend on her birthday party. A section of media, who was there at that time, even asked me to pose for camera, but I requested them not to take since it was a private function. I was there for half-an-hour and then left through service lift. But I’m really shocked to hear baseless rumours that I created a big scene at the party. I don’t even drink and I don’t have a boyfriend either. Honestly, I don’t know why someone would spread such false rumours about me. If people think I created a hulchul, then they can check the CC TV footage, which will prove that no such thing happened at the pub.”
