Mangaluru, December 9: Former Union Minister Janardhan Poojary inaugurated a program organized by the Dakshina Kannada congress as part of the 68th birthday celebrations of AICC president Sonia Gandhi.
Speaking on this occasion he said, “Sonia Gandhi as a role model for women of our country”. The reform in the administration brought about by her is laudable. Giving a call, he said, present women ought to become strong like Sonia Gandhi.
Janardhan Poojary distributed fruits and eatables to the orphans and specially able persons.
Mayor Mahabala Maarla, Former Mayor Shashidhar Hegde, former MLA Vijay Kumar Shetty were present.
