New Delhi: The survivor of the Shakti Mills Gangrape case fell unconscious in the court today while giving in camera statement in the Mumbai Kila court.
She has been taken to a nearby hospital.
The deposition of the survivor’s mother was also held in-camera following her request to the Principal Judge Shalini Phansalkar-Joshi.
Joint CP (Crime) Himanshu Roy was present in the court during the in-camera deposition.
The 22 year old photo journalist was gang raped in the deserted compound of Shakti Mills by 5 men including a juvenile on August 22 while she was on an assignment with her male colleague.
