Children at BOSCO Mane, a non-governmental organisation (NGO) working with orphans in the city, had the rare opportunity of meeting their favourite cartoon icon Chhota Bheem.
About hundred kids took part in Chhota Bheem’s birthday party, organised by television channel Pogo. Special episodes of the popular series were screened at the event. A special appearance by Chhota Bheem was the icing on the cake. The children were in awe as their hero put on a performance for them.
“Chhota Bheem is an idol for children of this generation across the country. We aim to instil some of the values that Chhota Bheem personifies in our children,” said Father P.F. George, executive director, BOSCO.
