When the constitution was framed in our country, it carried the gist “By the people and for the people”. Due to the corrupt political system, there is a discussion about the government that the government is by the few, for the few and towards few. He revealed that, both in Loksabha and Rajyasabha; decorum-seriousness are absent and illustrated about the confusion and vandalism taking place in the assemblies. He urged the students to bring about a reform in the present situation and get back the true meaning of democracy during their age.

He stated with rage, that the corrupts are inhumane and pointed that during his term, he has seen the corrupt officials and the politicians; they are not humane. The greediness brood in them has overtaken their human nature, but you should not become akin, man must have desires but should be alert when it increases; later it turns to greed and leads to their end-described Hegde and suggested to nurture the human nature which develops a feeling of satisfaction within oneself.
