Mangalore, September 3: Under the organization of the Keshava Smrithi Samvardhan Samithi, at Sanghanikethan; the Idol of Lord Ganesh Worshipped in the public for the 67th year was taken in a grand procession which marked the end of the festivity.
The procession started from Sanghanikethan and proceeded towards Mannagudde, Barke, Kudroli, New Chitra and the Idol was released to the Shree Mahammai pond near Car Street. Throughout the way, the devotees offered coconuts and performed Aarathi to the Lord.

Praveen Kumar, Vice-president J.K.Rao, Balakrishna Kottari, K.P.Tailor, Captain Brijesh Bhat, Raghavendra Holla, secretary M.Sathish Prabu, treasurer S.R.Kudva, G.V.Bhat, additional secretary Harshavardhan, Suresh Kamath, K.Jeevan Shenoy and executive members were present.
