Mangalore, July 5: Mayor Mahabala Maarla inaugurated the renovated Unani Hospital at Azizzuddin Road, Bunder on Friday, July 4.
The hospital is jointly run by Mangalore City Corporation, Department of Health & Family Welfare and Department of Ayush.
The renovated Unani Hospital has five new doctors including two Unani doctors. The hospital will remain open for four days a week between 9 a.m. and 12.30 p.m.
Ajith Kumar Hegde S, Commissioner of Mangalore City Corporation was the chief guest on the occasion. Deputy Mayor Kavitha, Ashok Shetty, Jessinta, Rameeza banu, Abdul Aziz, Poornima, Ajith Kumar Hegde, and others were present on the occasion.
