Mangalore, Mar 28: As a part of Systematic Voters Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) programme of Election Commission, the students formed a human chain in front of University College at Hampankatta on March 28, Friday.
Mangalore Police Commissioner R Hithendra inaugurated voters awareness campaign by pasting a sticker on a vehicle and was taken forward by the NCC cadets from Naval wing.
Later the stickers were distributed among the students to organize such campaigns near their colleges.
