Puttur: Two men have been accused in the case of alleged rape on a teenager, of which one has been arrested by police and other has escaped.
The arrested man is Purushottam(31), while the other is Dhruva. The incident has been reported from kabaka near Puttur and Police are investigating.
It is found that the two accused were neighbours of the 16 year old girl, she was taken to an isolated hilly area and raped. The matter came into light six months later when the girl informed her parents about the incident. The victim is a class X student.
