Mangalore, Dec. 12: Passengers who arrived to Mangalore Airport by a Jet Airways flight from Bangalore, had to remain inside the plane for over an hour after a swarm of bees invaded the aircraft on Thursday, December 12.
It is learnt the bees had built a hive in the wings of the aircraft.
The airport personnel rushed to the spot with water to chase away the bees. Sources said the bees have also hindered the arrival and departure of a few other flights.
