Mulki, Nov. 8: In the National highway 66 at Pavanje Bridge near Haleyangady the bike rider lost the control over the bike, rammed to the bridge and directly fell into the river on Friday Nov. 8.
The injured is identified as Nithesh the resident of Hosabettu. He is working at Mandovi Motors Surathkal. On Friday morning when he was coming fromSurathkal to Mulki inhis TVS Victor, he tried to escape from the speed lorry which was coming from opposite side and lost control and fell down to the Nandini River the sources said.
The people who were there near the river taking sand sow Nithesh was drowning in the river and jumped into the river and saved him. And also gave first aid in the ambulance.
He got admitted into the private hospital at Mangalore. It is said that he is out of danger.
