Kundapur; Oct 29: On behalf of Kundapur senior social stalwart, former legislator, a man of revered memory, Yadthare Manjayya Shetty’s centenary celebration, achievers in the field of literature, journalism and social service, Prashasthi will be awarded.
A well known Kannada poet, an author and freedom fighter Dr.Kaiyyara Kinjanna Rai, Senior editor, mathematician, writer Padmabhushan M.V.Kamath and the man who did good work in the field of social service stalwart A.G.Kodgi have been selected for this year’s Yadthare Manjayya Shetty’s centenary celebration Prashasthi.
Dr.Veerendra Heggade will give away the prashasthies.
Prashasthi (award) giving ceremony will be held on November 9th, at Kundapur’s R.N. Shanty Kalyanabhavan and appealed to the public to come in large numbers and make this function a grand. Success.
