Karkala; Oct 29: Hebri block congress has felicitated Vinaya Kumar Sorake, minister for urban development and district in charge on Oct 27, Sunday at Buntara Bhavana.
After receiving the felicitation, addressing the party workers, he said that the issue of converting Malpe-Agumbe-Molakalmur state highway into national highway linking road has already been presented in front of central government and meantime state government will be giving Rs 60 crore for the widening of Agumbe Ghat road, he said.
Under the leadership of UPA, union government apart from giving save farmer’s life, for the convenience of the public compulsory employment act, rights for information, rights for education, health rights and the government has come forward to control corruption by implementing Lokpal bill.
Benefactors of Koraga family in chara village, letter of rights of ownership will be distributed soon. The process of allotting APL-BPL ration cards for the eligible benefactors has already been started, he added
