Udupi; Oct 24: K.Satyanarayana, chief income-tax commissioner of Bangalore 1 and Panjim, has inaugurated the second income-tax seva Kendra office at Udupi Pandubettu on Oct 24, Thursday
The department has got the responsibility of disbursement of applications by identifying 16 points through citizen’s compendium in a stipulated time period. The main purpose of this department is to extend quality service to the public in a stipulated time period through supervision.
Income-tax seva Kendra is a single window service and through calculation arrangements, income-tax payer can solve their problems.
This centre will assist in receiving details of income tax paid, about permanent account number for submitting other applications and details of income tax payments. Income tax payers can get, correct informations about their transactions.
Most of the Seva Kendras have received international level certifications for the quality services extended to the general public.Udupi is the second seva Kendra working under Mangalore income tax commissioner.
S.R.Bansal, MD&chairman of Mangalore corporation bank, Prof. H.S.Ballal, Chancellor Manipal University, Laxmi Hande Puri, Mangalore Income tax commissioner and among others were present.
