Mangalore, Jun 30: It has been reported that a mini tourist bus with four women and four year old child along with driver and conductor and driver rammed into goods train at Adyar crossing on June 30, Sunday.
Sources said that mini tourist bus bearing registration number KA 19 C 5811 rammed into goods train when it was crossing the railway track at Adyar.
The incident took place since the crossing did not have gate and the bus fell into nearby trench.
One of the women has said to lost her leg, while driver and conductor sustained minor injuries.

Prevention is always better than cure. In the unmanned level crossings the driver has to stop the vehicle and has to ensure that the train is not en-route. This will ensure the safety and security of the passengers as well as the driver. The railway authorities has to put up a board in this regard.
