Mangalore, May 30: It has been reported in the wee hours on May 30, Thursday that a cement mixer truck turned turtle near the Natekal curve in Derlakatte, outskirt of the city.
Sources said that incident has occurred after the driver of the truck lost control of the vehicle while he was negotiating with sharp curve at Natekal.
Driver has escaped narrowly with some minor injuries and bruises in the mishap, it is learnt.
Sources also said truck was badly mangled in the accident and was on a way to Infosys campus at Konaje from Mangalore.
Konaje police have registered the case and investigation is in progress.
