Mangaluru, December 8: A meeting was organized by the VHP, Bajrang Dal, BJP members and other outfits assembled at Sri Rama Bhajan Mandir for a meeting immediately after the protest at Vamanjoor.

BJP member Tejaswini Gowda spoke during the meet and said, “We feel as though we were not born in Hindusthan. These are happening because of the Congress party. We know how to rule. We have ruled our country by surrendering our swords” she said.

Tejaswini alleged that the stones were pelted by Muslims during the protest and said, “We are not insane to pelt stones at our own members. Hindus love peace, but if even one Hindu is provoked, then it is very difficult to pacify him”. She said, she is ready to stretch her support whenever needed.

Rajashekarananda Swamiji of Gurupur Vajradehi Math speaking during the meet said, “Today’s protest depicts our strength. We are winners even though we were not permitted to go to Ulaibettu. Some pelted stones, but we do not bother, because we are united and even women have joined to support us. He also suggested to remain patient and not taking law into hands.

Prasad Attavar, Rama Sene leader, VHP leader Jagadish Shenava and others were present among others.
