Mumbai: Bollywood actress and fashionista Sonam Kapoor is all set to shine on the red carpet at the 68th Cannes International Film Festival. The actress has been a regular at the festival since 2011, as part of her role as brand ambassador for cosmetics brand L’Oreal Paris.
The actress is scheduled to make her appearance on May 16 and 18 at the prestigious festival held at the French Riviera. Other Bollywood A-listers including Aishwarya Rai, and first-time attendee Katrina Kaif will also be seen on the red carpet.
Sonam, who has always managed to look nothing less than perfect on the red carpet has been training rigorously, and is ensuring that she eats right and gets enough rest before her big day on the red carpet.
Here are pictures of her prep before the big day arrives. According to reports, she has also been taking time out of her busy schedule to follow her skin care routine, keep fit and eat well.
Once she returns home she is expected to resume working on Sooraj Barjatya’s ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ with Salman Khan. She is also gearing up for the biopic ‘Neerja’, where she will essay the role of late flight stewardess Neerja Bhanot.
