Chicken Ghee Roast Recipe

Ingredients

  1. Chicken – 1 Kg
  2. Vinegar – 1/2 cup
  3. Ghee – 6 tbsps
  4. Dry red chilies – 7 to 8, large (spicy variety)
  5. Dry red chilies – 3 (small variety)
  6. Cashew nuts – 1o
  7. Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grind Red chilies with vinegar into fine paste.
  2. Heat 6 tbsps ghee in a heavy bottom vessel, add chashew nuts.
  3. Add the ground chilli vinegar paste.
  4. fry the masala till ghee separates.
  5. Add chicken peices.
  6. Add salt to taste.
  7. cook till done.
  8. When almost done add 1 tsp soya sauce ans 2 tsp tomato sauce.
  9. garnish with chopped corriander leaves.
