Chicken Ghee Roast Recipe

Ingredients
- Chicken – 1 Kg
- Vinegar – 1/2 cup
- Ghee – 6 tbsps
- Dry red chilies – 7 to 8, large (spicy variety)
- Dry red chilies – 3 (small variety)
- Cashew nuts – 1o
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Grind Red chilies with vinegar into fine paste.
- Heat 6 tbsps ghee in a heavy bottom vessel, add chashew nuts.
- Add the ground chilli vinegar paste.
- fry the masala till ghee separates.
- Add chicken peices.
- Add salt to taste.
- cook till done.
- When almost done add 1 tsp soya sauce ans 2 tsp tomato sauce.
- garnish with chopped corriander leaves.
