Mohali;September 18; Sunrisers Hyderabad captain Shikhar Dhawan predictably decided to field after winning the toss against Faisalabad Wolves. He was inclined to the decision due to the history of the Mohali ground – 18 times in last 20 matches, the team chasing has won. Sunrisers are second in the table after their win over Kandurata Maroons yesterday, while it is a must-win game for Faisalabad.
The pitch is a different one to the one used in the previous game between Otago Volts and Kandurata Maroons, in which the former won convincingly chasing a decent total with two overs to spare. The one being used for this game is drier, but the natural character of the Mohali pitch will remain the same: the team batting second is likely to have a better chance as the ball skids on to the bat later in the innings.
Both teams stuck to the XI they selected in the first game.
