Abu Dhabi: Onam Cultural program was held at India Social & Cultural Centre on 22nd September 2016 with befitting variety of Cultural programs.
During the celebration, Mr. Mohan Sithara the renowned State Award winning music composer was honored for his contribution to the Music field. Mr. Thomas Varghese Hon. President of ISC delivered the presidential address. This was followed by musical program led by Play back singers Ms. Sithara Krishna Kumar, Mr. Vivekanandan, Mr. Ajay Gopal, Mr. Kabeer &Mrs.Nisha Shijil. Comedy program led by Mr. Ramesh Pisharody, Mr Dharmajan, Ms. Subi Suresh, Mr. Binu Adimali, Mr. Siju, and Mr. Sumesh was also well received by the Audience. Thiruvathira Kali organized by ISC Women section was another high light of the event. Vote of thanks was delivered by Hon. Vice President of ISC.
Hon. General Secretary Mr. John P. Varghese headed the event and coordinated by Mr. Jojo Ambookan and Mr. KTP Ramesh. The program witnessed by a huge crowd who stayed till late night to enjoy the event. ISC will be conducting UAE Open Thiruvathira Competition on 30th September, 2016 as part of Onam Celebrations.
