Mangalore, October 28: The cops are in a lookout for the lawyer, AC Jayaraj who is absconding since three months. He is an accused who has cheated Court by using a forged signature of judge and fake seals.
Case has been registered against the Jayaraj at Bunder police station on the charges of cheating court and the bank as well. He has drawn the customers fixed deposit amount before maturity using the fake signature of Mangalore District Sessions and CJM court Judge. The police are now detecting him since he has gone absconding.
Bail denied:
Advocate AC Jayaraj had applied for bail at the High Court which has been denied, and non-bail able warrant for his arrest is issued. The search operation is carried out at his home, office and all the areas of his access; also a search was conducted at his home in Belthangady Shibhaje. His close associates are also questioned. Currently along with cops, the public as well are working hard on to detect the accused, informed the police.
