Mangalore, September18: Under the partnership of Lohit S, Rohan Corporation apartment at Bejai – the First “Nandini franchise store” in the city was inaugurated by the Mayor of Mangalore City Corporation Mahabala Maarla, on Thursday. Later, he admired the organization’s projects and spoke stating that Nandini has attempted to introduce all its products to customers under the same roof.
President of the Dakshina Kannada Co-operative Milk Producers’ Federation, Raviraj Hegde presided over the ceremony.
He said, it has been planned to open Nandini franchise stores at various selected areas of the district headquarters and the first store is opened here to provide all the products under a single roof. Moreover, Nandini ice-creams will be available at all franchises.
The association, through its 1370 dealers over the undivided district provides the customers coming under its limits daily with 3.20 litres of milk, 35000 kg of yogurt and variety of products which are distributed through 90 insulated delivery vehicles. Under the unions limits, through 17 parlours and 16 wholesale dealers; milk and dairy products are supplied continually to customers, he added.
Dakshina Kannada Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union, according to the desire of its customers and their convenience in the undivided district; under the consumer-friendly project ,the toll free Number 18004259333 was kicked on by the local corporator Lance Lott Pinto; for the benefit of the customers to receive plaints/suggestions and get the information about milk and dairy products.
In this occasion, the managing director of the Dakshina Kannada milk union Dr B. V. Satyanarayana, Marketing manager B. Vijayakumar , deputy manager Swami Shetty and others were present.
