Moodbidri, Sept. 30:The MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, has expressed his support to the hunger strike proposed by Swasthi Sri Bhattaraka Panditacharya Charukeerthi Swamiji, Sri Jain Math, for the idol thefts from Moodbidri Siddantha Darshana Mandir.
In a press note issued by the MP, he states I extend my whole hearted support to the strike which will be held on Wednesday, October 2 from 8.30am to 5.00pm. I also demand the state government to hand over the case to CBI. As the state police have failed to trace all the culprits and recover the stolen idols from them, the case has to be handed over to CBI,” he said.
