Massive protest rally against Cow slaughter will be held by Shri Rama Sene.

Mangaluru, December 12: Anand Shetty Adyar divisional president, Sri Rama Sene, has announced in a press meet here on Friday December 12th that it will hold a massive protest rally on December 15th to create awareness on the need to protect cattle and against cow slaughter.

The ‘Save Me’ rally will be begin from Dr Ambedkar Circle at 10.30 am, and will culminate at Deputy Commissioner’s office. A protest meet will be held there.

Anand Shetty said that Swamijis and religious heads from various parts of the country will participate in the rally. The procession will comprise of a tableaux depicting cattle and the significance of cow in Hindu culture.

The gathering will be addressed by Seer Siddalinga Swamiji of Andola Math, Gulbarga. Kamalamma, state president of Durga Sene, Praveen Valke, SRS state chief secretary, Shailesh Holla of Kamadhenu Trust, Bengaluru, Mahesh Koppa, president- SRS south zone, and others will participate in the protest. Over 2,000 activists are expected to take part in the protest, he said.

A memorandum will be submitted against cow slaughter, cattle trafficking and other anti-Hindu activities, through the Deputy Commissioner to the Karnataka government demanding to ban cow slaughter, said Anand Shetty.

In the press meet, Guru Pandeshwar, Narayana K, Jeevan Kumar Neermarga, and Venkatesh Padiyar among others were present.
