Mumbai: He should be focusing all his energy on Singham Returns, but Rohit Shetty has still taken some time out to promote the film It’s Entertainment. The reason is that writers-turned-directors Farhad-Sajid (whose film It’s Entertainment is) have worked with Rohit in the past.
In fact, they’ve even penned the dialogues for Singham Returns. Small wonder then, that the Chennai Express director now wants to repay the favour. Our sources say that Sajid-Farhad have been taking advice from Rohit on various aspects of their film.
“Farhad-Sajid are elated that Rohit, despite having his own film release soon, is helping them out with their debut. Even at their recent trailer launch, Rohit made it a point to wish the duo,” our source said.
Rohit confirmed the report, saying, “My writers have turned directors and I wish them all the best for their first film!”
